I am someone who, generally speaking, like anyone else, has already overcome some challenges in life, I've had some very bad habits, and I've replaced most of them with the more constructive, useful habits as they are not for ever.
“We are our habits”, as someone said once, and I can say, that I have achieved an amazing state of happiness, personal fulfilment and well-being. Someone which is within the reach of most people if they decide to change their most damaging Habits and adopt other far more constructive ones. And when I talk about Habits, I‘m not just talking about those actions we carry out frequently, but also thinking Habits.
After 19 years helping other people to achieve their goals, whether physically, the Customers, whether professionals through personal development and training, my fellow Personal Trainers, Nutritionists, Group Trainer and Physiotherapists, I decided to put into practice that which happened to others. This is how ACHIEVEMENTOR came about, a company designed to assert itself as a company that trains people for people and it is recognised for the unique, passionate way it works on each project and with each person
The reason for going ahead with this “adventure” to help you become more capable and achieve what you want is the fact that Unconditional Help is one of the most important Values for me and, consequently, to provide a great sense of personal fulfilment in doing so.
As I have experienced and managed to overcome the constraints that the majority of people have and that prevents them from achieving Success in their personal and professional lives and, most importantly, as I am aware about how to do so, I feel naturally compelled to help other people to do so too.

It‘s been a massive learning curve. I witnessed the great potential of the NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming), Neuroscience, Quantum Physics, Positive Psychology, Emotional Intelligence, Hypnosis, Energies, Management itself and other approaches that have emerged during the last few decades.
In 2008 I organised a retreat called “The Catalysts” and this was the first time that I became aware of my mission in life, the reason for my existence, which gives meaning to my life. During these discoveries I have increasingly been nourishing the idea that in the medium/long-term I would live my life helping people to have lives which were more dignified, more conscious, more fulfilled and with greater well-being.
However, this period waiting for the development of my professional project coincided with the achievement of my Coaching certification, which enabled me to work with all the employees of Amazing and on the projects managed by them and I started to gain my knowledge about what being a Coach actually is in practice, developing more capacity to help others in a structured, well-oriented manner.
I started to gain a cognitive capacity and focus which I had never had before and a capacity to guide myself, connect ideas and create ideas.
It made such an impact that I decided to go ahead with the project that was already up and running, giving it a different direction, but one that tried to attain what my essence is, going ahead with the project to unconditionally help people to be more conscious, more fulfilled and more successful, through Coaching.
was going to teach people to overcome PROCRASTINATION, to programme their lives, acquire Habits, through daily practice, which would lead them to achieve what they desire, even if at the outset they did not have great capacity for ACTION.
In actual fact, I had already been studying emotional intelligence for many years, NLP, neuroscience and other themes related with human development and I already had a lot of accumulated knowledge which I had put into practice empirically.
What was missing was to structure the way in which I was going to help people. I followed the plan, I obtained International Coaching Certification and I enrolled in International Certification as a Master Practitioner in NLP.
Based on my personal experience, I built my approaches and in what I consider to be the best of what I had learned and put into practice in the various situations I had studied. I started providing coaching and mentoring programmes and, more recently, and spurred on by the pandemic, online training sessions.
